Time to think about People, not Health: Jagan to Bharati
By: Tupaki Desk | 1 Sep 2013 3:44 AM GMTThese are the words spoken by YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy when his wife Bharathi urged him to call off his fast. "We have to rise to the occasion. It's time to think about people, not about one's health," Jagan reportedly told to Bharati.
After Jagan was forcibly administered intravenous (IV) fluids by NIMS doctors upon the directions from Chanchalguda jail authorities, YS Bharati said doctors expressed concern over deteriorating health (dip in BP, Sugar and Pulse Rate) and antacids were also given as he didn't take food for almost a week. Claiming that her father too is a doctor alike her father-in-law late YSR, She opined that the 7-days fast will have long term effects.
Jagan asked his family not to bring his two daughters to the hospital as he doesn't want them to loose their privacy due to the media glare.
On the other hand, Jagan's fast for United AP have improved the prospects of YSR Congress in 13 Seemandhra districts and it will be having a clean sweep whenever the elections might be held.
