Finally Celebrity Cricket League has come to an end with Tollywood Warriors headed by hero Venkatesh losing out to Karnataka Bulldozers in the final. Many fans expecting Tollywood to lift the cup are disappointed with the celebrity team's poor performance in the end.
Karnataka Bulldozers have managed to bat first and scored 149 in the scheduled 20 overs of the short format (T20) cricket match. Led by 'Eega' Villain Sudeep, Karnataka team is playing their third final in Celebrity Cricket League. Determined to win at any cost, Sudeep's men- in-blue restricted Venky's men-in-red to 127 in 20 overs. Loss of key wickets like Prince and Aditya Agarwal for short scores, and falling of wickets at regular intervals came as a big blow to T-warriors. Karnataka's disciplined fielding and tight bowling at their home-ground, Bangalore's Chinna Swamy stadium, impressed the spectators.
