Uber Case: Doctor confirms Woman was RAPED!

A woman doctor who conducted the medical examination of the woman techie allegedly raped by Uber Cab Driver on Wednesday told the court that the scratch marks on the victim's body suggest she was raped.
Neelam, a doctor working at Hindu Rao Hospital, revealed she noticed several scratch marks on the woman's body and swelling in her lips. The Woman Doctor told she considers it as rape as all the injuries were fresh in nature. "As per the observation made by me in the Medico Legal Case (MLC), The victim was raped," she informed.
On Thursday, The Court will record the statements of four prosecution witnesses - A forensic expert, a doctor and 2 cops.
Shiv Kumar Yadav, the accused, taped the woman executive in Uber Cab on December 5th last year at New Delhi's Inderlok area. Cases were booked against the 32-Year-Old on charged of rape, kidnap, causing bodily harm and criminal intimidation of IPC.
