YCP registers victory in MLC elections

Annam Satish from Guntur, Buddha Venkanna, Rajendra Prasad from Krishna, Payyavula Keshav from Anantapur, Reddy Subramanyam from East Godavari, MVVS Murthy, Pappala Chalapathi Rao from Vizag and Dwarapu Jagadish from Vizianagaram won unopposed and all from the TDP.
The deadline for withdrawal of nominations to the local body MLC elections over. Now electiosn became necessary in Kurnool and Prakasam districts, where there are more candidates than the number of seats.
In Kurnool, TDP candidate Silpa Chakrapani Reddy, YSRCP’s D Venkateswara Reddy are vying. In Prakasam district, TDP’s Magunta Srinivasa Reddy is competing with YSRCP’s A Chinna Venkata Reddy.
The party leaders presented bouquet to Ummareddy venkateswarulu, congratulated him and distributed sweets.After enjoying several posts in TDP Ummareddy Venkateswarlu, formally joined the YSR Congress on November 2012.
