US Woman to face 25 Years in Prison for killing Indian
By: Tupaki Desk | 17 March 2015 3:52 PM GMTErika Menendez, a 33-Year-Old Woman who is a resident of Queens (New York), is likely to face an imprisonment of 25 Years after she was found guilty of pushing an Indian Man Sunando Sen (46) to death in front of a Subway Train in December 2012.
Admitting that she had senselessly pushed the Indian on to the track just few seconds before the Subway train arrived, Erika Menendez says her hatred for Hindus and Muslims prompted her to do so.
On that fateful day, Erika Menendez was spotted talking to herself at around 8 PM. She suddenly appeared behind Sunando Sen and pushed him onto the tracks from behind even as he tries to save himself. The Indian died of Multiple Blunt Force Trauma after being hit by the speeding train.
Queens Supreme Court Justice Gregory Lasak hinted Erika Menendez will be sentenced to imprisonment between 22 to 25 Years on Judgement Day (April 29th).
