Video: Air India Staff's insensitivity!

A viral video showing a serious argument between Air India staff and a Group of Passengers is grabbing everyone's attention now.

Air India Staff denied permission for few passengers to check in citing they were late by 5 minutes. Enraged with it, Passengers began arguing with the Officials. They demanded the Airlines to allow them to check in or refund the money paid for the tickets. In between, A woman was seeing crying and pleading the Air Staff to permit her to check in as her mother was in the ICU. However, The Air India staff turned a deaf ear.
