In South India, Vikram is the only hero who can stand next to Kamal Haasan in doing experimental roles in his films. Vikram works really hard to show himself as per the character designed by the director by knowing all the characteristics of the role. Not just he takes care in costumes and also in physical appearance for every role he does. He tones his body as per the character in the story. Siva putrudu, Aparichitudu, Raavan are few touchstone examples for his dedication and hardwork. Recently for his upcoming movie 'I' under the direction of stalwart Shankar, he reduced his weight by 15 kgs, where his physical changes were clearly seen in the latest working stills that were released. He lost his weight under the directions of special physical trainer.

Even his close friends couldn't easily recognize him in his new look. His hard work is setting high expectations on the movie. Hats off to his hard work and dedication. Our Telugu heroes should learn a lot from him.
