You may soon be able to use WhatsApp on desktop

AndroidWorld.nl, a Dutch Blog, gave an insight into WhatsApp's plan of introducing the Desktop version.
The new development seems to be a move to compete with Google Hangouts and Apple's iMessage. Doubts have been raised if WhatsApp PC version will be compatible with Google Crome browser or not.
Continuity of services across devices is the trend that's been picking up right now. Google, Apple, Microsoft and Samsung have already developed and also developing new products in that way.
