Why did Rajnath Singh call KCR?

Notably, Rajnath Singh made this call after KCR had given a bandh call protesting the Polavaram ordinance which merges the 7 mandals of Khammam with residuary Andhra Pradesh.
Currently, KCR has been crossing swords with Centre regarding the Polavaram issue. Describing it as injustice to Telangana, He also alleged the ordinance is a conspiracy chalked out by Chandrababu Naidu and Venkaiah Naidu.
Meanwhile, TDP and BJP Leaders have been stating TRS crossing swords with Centre would affect the development of Telangana.
