Will Naidu ignore warnings over Vijayawada-capital?

It is known that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is keen on building world class capital at Vijayawada-Guntur area. However, This looks unlikely as scientists have already made it clear this particular region comes under Seismically Active Zones and even IIIT Hyderabad researchers informed there are 26 faults within a radius of 300 km in and around Vijayawada.
Seismically Active Zones are prone to earth quakes and such regions aren't suitable for building a capital. Even Siva Rarmakrishna Committee wants the new capital away from the city as there is huge requirement of vacant land.
