TDP MLA who was caught red-handed bribing TRS Nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson the other day was produced in Court on Monday morning. Justice Lakshmipathy sent the legislator and 3 others involved in the case to 14 days judicial custody.
As MLC Elections were slated to take place Today, Court granted the permission for Revanth Reddy to exercise his vote before going to prison. So, ACB Sleuths have taken him to the Assembly a short while ago.
After reaching the Assembly, Revanth Reddy told the ACB Sleuths that he would remain in the House till 3 PM. However, ACB Sleuths objected it and pressurised him to vote as soon as possible. Soon after this development, Revanth Reddy was taken to Chanchalguda Central Prison.
Notably, TDP Lawyers have applied for Revanth Reddy's bail on Monday. As the cases filed the Legislator are cognizable and non-bailable, It's going to be a tough ride for the TDP Fire Brand.
