The World's first 3-parent baby will be a reality by 2016. UK is the first Nation to permit creation of Babies from three people. While the House of Lords favoured it with 280 votes, House of Commons already gave its consent with 382 MPs voting in favour of the new techinque which prevents passing of genetic diseases from mother to child.
