An uproar over Black Money issue rocked the first day of Winter Session leading to the adjournment of the House till noon.
Opposition Parties demanded NDA Government to fulfill its poll promise of bringing the Black Money in Foreign Countries back to India.
Soon after the House began functioning Today, Trinamool Congress MPs rushed to the well raising the slogans of 'Bring Back Black Money' and they even staged protest by holding Black Umbrellas. Speaker Sumitra Mahajan warned TMC MPs against displaying umbrellas and asked them to refrain from such tactics to stage a protest.
Within no time, MPs belonging to Congress, Samajwadi Party, RJD and AAP oined the protest soughting a clarification from Prime Minister Narendra Modi over when the promise given by him will be fulfilled. Finally, Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has adjourned the House till Noon.
