Tamil star and politician Vijayakanth has reportedly advised hero Vishal neither distribute nor produce films made by others. "This move would only make you lose your hard-earned money and you would be fine if you drop your plans," said the senior to junior.
Vishal's film Madha Gaja Raja landed in financial crisis and no distributors were ready to buy it as all of his previous films have been disasters. The young hero then decided to turn into a distributor and release it through his firm Vishal Film Factory. Soon, Financiers of the film approached Vishal to warn him on not to release the until the dues of the producer were settled.
Knowing these developments, Vijayakantha called up Vishal to say "I have lost my money by venturing into distribution. Don't worry about the delay in release and focus on your upcoming films. Producing a film isn't a bad idea. But, Pouring money on the films produced by others isn't a clever thing to do".
