MIM has once again made it clear that it is a strong advocate of United Andhra Pradesh. In the representation given to Group-of-Ministers, MIM maintained it is favor of Samaikyandhra. In case, if division is inevitable it wants Rayala-Telangana to be created.
Addressing the media, MIM chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi asserted that Hyderabad and Union Territory or Common Capital is unacceptable to his party. Describing Rayalseema as the backward region, Owaisi opined it will be badly affected post division and warned about water wars if Kurnool and Anantapur weren't merged with Telangana.
Asaduddin Owaisi pointed out Muslims, Christians and Dalits will be loosing due to division of state. He also said outfits like Sangh Parivar will be benefitting with partition.
