Bollywood actor Boman Irani who is playing a pivotal character in Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram Srinivas family entertainer 'Atharintiki Daredi' suffered a knee injury while shooting for a Bollywood film 'Santa Banta' in Fiji. The incident happened when the unit was filming a song sequence featuring Boman.
The 53-year-old actor has to be rushed to the nearby private hospital after he tore a ligament. Doctors have advised him to take bed rest for one week. He was brought back to the Hilton Hotel when he is currently staying after the examination.
Boman Irani is yet to complete his portions for 'Atharintiki Daredi'. He shot for for a schedule recently and was about the join the shoot soon. Hope he recovers soon to help the makers to release the film on time (August 7th).
