We have earlier reported that a 27-year-old Hyderabad-based mountaineer, Poodata Neelima, has been missing near the base camp of Mount Everest, ever since a massive avalanche shook the place. But as per sources Neelima was safe and she reportedly came to contact with her parents.
Neelima, a software engineer, left for the trip on this month 18 th along with 21 climbers. She went missing near the Tingbochi base camp at Everest and it created panic among her family members. Now as per sources Neelima was identified as safe and the quake effect was minimal at the area where she was situated. Her worried parents are feeling relief now requesting government to bring back her.

Meanwhile an American working for a Christian mission in Andhra Pradesh and a student were missing in earthquake-hit Nepal. Tony B. Suckla and J. Janardhan, a 10th standard student of A.Y. School in Kambotlapalem in West Godavari district had gone to Nepal on April 13.
