Kajal Agarwal revealed her beauty and fitness secrets. First to come is Yoga! She never gives it a miss and does 150 surya namaskars at a stretch a day.

The 'Magadheera' star believes dieting doesn't mean starving but eating healthy food in small qualities. That's why she takes 7 meals a day and all of them were strictly vegetarian. Whenever she goes for an outdoor shoot, Kajal makes sure she carries a mini kitchen with herself and her mom would cook for her even if he stays in a hotel. She relies on fruit juices for staying healthy and eats mangoes during Summer. The advise she is gonna make for people who wants to be fit is to avoid milk products and replace sweet with dates.

Two days a week, Kajal cheats on diet and will have pizza, parata, dosa and  idly. The beauty also makes she works out for more the after she eats a chocolate cake.
