Samantha declared 'Sikandar' will set the cash registers ringing in both the Telugu states as the director has made sure every scene will be liked by the people here.
At the audio launch of 'Sikandar', Samantha said,"Lingusamy has designed 'Sikandar' as a Telugu cinema. He used to consult my Telugu staff after every scene to know if they liked it or not. His favorite dialogue is 'Dimma Thiragali'. I don't know how this film run in Tamil Version, but I'm sure 'Sikandar' will surely be successful in Telugu".
"From the first day of shooting, Suriya used to ask me to speak with him in Telugu on the sets. None of the tamil heroes have asked me speak Telugu. He definitely loves Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Good luck to all. I feel 'Sikandar' will rock."
When Suriya asked Rajamouli to sign him at least for a single shot, Samantha took the mike and commented the director should cast her first and only he should go for the Tamil star. This comment kept everyone in splits!
