Nandamuri Harikrishna claimed he was the one who opposed the alliance of TDP with TRS in 2009 elections. "I had warned party leadership that it will have to lose 20 seats in Telangana and 40 seats in Seemandhra if it forms an alliance with the pro-Telangana party. I am asking them to check if my words haven't come true," said the leader, after visiting NTR Ghat on his 57th birthday.
Harikrishna accused KCR and Harish Rao of earning assets by cashing in on the Telangana movement. The senior leader reiterated that he will be fighting to keep the state united follow the path of his father late NT Rama Rao.
Responding to the allegations, Harish Rao said he doesn't consider Harikrishna as a politician and there is no need to react on his accusations.
