Infosys founder Narayana Murthy son-in-law Rishi Sunak won as Britain MP.Apart from Rishi 10 other Indian-origin candidates elected into the House of Commons.Rishi Sunak contested the election as Conservative Party candidate for Richmond in Yorkshire and got around 51% of votes.
Responding on victory of his son-in-law Narayana Murthy on Friday said he was "very happy" with the victory of Rishi. "I am very happy that Rishi has won convincingly in Richmond - Yorks with such a majority," Murthy told to media
Rishi Sunak is an Indo-British businessman and he married Mr Murthy's daughter Akshata on August 30, 2009. They both were fellow MBA students at Stanford University.Sunak's father is General Practitioner under British government's National Health Service scheme and his mother a local chemist.
