Manchu Vishnu starrer Denikayina Ready got released a year back and the movie has faced the ire of some Brahmin Community. Producer Mohan Babu's dispute with the Brahmin community, which protested against the film for allegedly hurting their religious sentiments, has snowballed into a full blown legal tussle.
Almost all Brahmin groups in the state have raised huge protests and agitations against Movie by alleging that the film has hurt the sentiments of Brahmins.They even filed a case in AP High court against the producer Manchu Vishnu .They even performed the final rituals to Manchu family and some physical attacks launched on Mohan Babu and his house.
Now, after one year of film’s release, the division bench of High Court in Hyderabad admitted the actor’s appeal saying there is no need to delete any scenes. The Honorable Judges decided that the movie did not have any scene offending Brahmins. In the interim, the film's DVD was released and was telecasted in a popular TV channel. All in all, the court’s verdict came as a big relief for Manchu family
