Akkineni Nagarjuna is a fitness freak, but he never does rigorous workouts for a period of time and instead focusses on consistent exercising. "Rigorous Workouts too pump muscles aren't my cup of tea as that effects when you stop doing them. I focus on regularly exercise and I have been doing the same since 25 years. I will hit the gym for six days in a week and does workouts for daily one hour. I also makes to I get adequate sleep and drinks a lot of water. All these help me to stay fit," he told.
