Mehrunnisa who works as a teacher at Kesari Higher Secondary School was fined Rs 50,000 for a strange reason.

In 2012, The Boy's Mother approached State Human Rights Commission accusing the teacher of pinching her son's cheeks. In response, HRC imposed a fine of Rs 1,000 on the school for violation of human rights of the boy.

Soon, The Boy's Mother seeked a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school. However, The school management continued to delay issuing of TC for no reason.
