Its known to all that from few days is not well between director Sreenu Vaitla and writer Kona Venkat, who have worked together in more than half a dozen successful movies. Some say it's an ego clash, while others say it is a classic case of director undermining story writers.

Whatever may be the reason the duo who introduced new funda of comedy to tollywood got separated and working on their own ways.Till now no one from the duo has opened on record about their conflict.

Recently Kona's tweet  about Sreenu Vaitla's directorial Aagadu teaser fueled the speculations. Hinting at it indirectly, Kona tweeted, "Few people keep their work aside and focus more on others. Those are the ones who get out of focus soon."  Many thought it was be the trademark ‘’Punch’’ of Kona on his director Sreenu Vaitla.

However Kona took the initiative to clear air about their breakup. He set the records straight and made it clear that he has nothing personal against Sreenu Vaitla. Kona shared, "I am not having any grudge against Sreenu. I always wish for his success. Our journey started with Venky in 2004 and ended with Baadshah. We decided to travel separately. I scored success with Balupu after parting ways with Sreenu. Every relationship has an expiry date’’

Kona Venkat is turning into a producer with Anjali starrer  Geetanjali and providing story and screenplay for the horror thriller.Other side Sreenu got busy with Mahehs starrer Aagadu movie.Hope the duo will join hands soon to work together.
