Director K.S. Vasantha Kumar, who managed to convince Illayaraja to compose tunes for his upcoming village drama "Oru Oorla", said that the film's biggest highlight will be the music by the maestro.
"Music doesn't play an important part of the narrative in all films but it does in my film. I have used songs, which usually break the flow of narrative in films, to capture the mood of my characters. In essence, music will be the biggest highlight of the film," Vasantha Kumar told IANS.
"Raja sir's music will heighten the overall experience and the five songs will bring out the flavour of the film's theme," he added.
Starring Venkatesh and Neha Patel, "Oru Oorla" also features Annapoorani, Murali, Sundar and Shiva.
