Kuwait bans Suriya's Masss

Update: 2015-05-27 06:58 GMT
Couple of days before the theatrical release, Kuwait Government imposed a ban on Suriya starrer 'Masss'. Guess, what could be the reason behind it?

The Islamic Nation believes God alone possess super-powers and no human could be able to have them. As one of the two roles played by Suriya in 'Masss' is that of a man with super-powers, Kuwait has banned the movie.

Of Course, This isn't the first time Kuwait Government has banned South Indian Films. Viswaroopam and Ganga - Muni 3 were already in the list of films banned.

Ban in Kuwait will have a slight impact on the revenue but it won't affect the end result in any way. The key territories for Tamil Films are Tamil Nadu, AP, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, Malaysia and UK.
