It is known that a Guntur-based Financier Dharma Charan Tulasi filed cheating case against Bandla Ganesh over non-payment of Rs 80 lakhs which was charged for 'Gabbar Singh' rights. Banjara Hills Cops even booked cases under sections 406, 420 and 506 of Indian Penal Code against the producer.
However, Bandla Ganesh denied owing any amount to anyone and dared to comment he is willing to accept Jail Term if he was convicted. He also made it clear there is no truth in the allegations leveled against him by the financier that he was threatened using the influence of Botsa Satyanarayana and a Guntur MLA.
Bandla Ganesh even condemned the reports in media stating he was absconding ever since the case was filed. He also promised complete co-operation to the cops during the investigation.
