South hero gets another 100 crores film

Tamil hero Vijay has done the magic again. If the box office figures of his latest movie "Kaththi" are anything to go by, the actor has proven again that his star power works big time at collection centresVijay Kaththi is humongous at box office. The movie collected a record share of 100  crores.This is Vijay’s second film in a row after "Thuppakki" .Kaththi is expected to beat "Thuppakki" worldwide collection, which is more than ₹100 crore.
 
"Very special day! #Kaththihitsfastest100cr! Total theatrical collection -100.7cr (65.1ATN, 20.2 overseas, 15.4 others) (sic)," the film's music composer Anirudh Ravichander tweeted.
Director AR Murugadoss also confirmed it officially stating, “Kaththi hits 100 in 12 days, still going strong. Total 100.7cr. India: 80.5. Overseas: 20.2. Thanks to all audience and media.”
 
 Kaththi Telugu dubbed version is releasing here on November 22nd, exactly a month after its original release.The film addresses the plight of farmers, whose lands are being taken over by multinational companies.
