“Everyday in the morning, our body needs a bit of exercised. A couple of minutes running, jogging and walking, along with some basic workout routines helps keep us afresh whole day. That’s my fitness secret”, says Tamanna, as she hits floor in her house to take up few push ups.
Apart from these routines, also Tamanna does some yoga and that helps her to improvise health wise too. “The first wealth is health, then only everything comes after”, she stresses.
