Actress Haanii Shivraj Anjana (Karthi's Biryani fame) breathed her last on April 13th, 2015. She was suffering from Cancer for sometime now and passed away at the age of just 29.
Director Venkat Prabhu who made 'Biryani' paid rich tributes to the Young Heroine. "Haanii's confidence was an envy of many whom she had known. Her sweet & kind manners were nothing less than a well brought up lady. It was my honor to have had the opportunity to work with her in my film, Biryani. She was a talented artiste. I am deeply saddened by her loss. My deepest condolences," he told.
The Filmmaker even promised to join the family of Haanii Shivraj Anjana in praying for her eternal peace.
