All is set ready for Chandrababu Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony as the Chief Minister of the residuary Andhra Pradesh on June 8. According to sources, a huge expenditure would be incurred for the ibid ceremony. The entire swearing in ceremony is being planned in a big way and according to one estimate, the entire event is going to cost the residual state of Andhra Pradesh at least Rs 10 crore.
Though it was said that the expenditure would be Rs 5cr after the preliminary estimations, now, the same is about to touch Rs 10cr mark, added sources. This cost includes arrangements for VVIPS, transportation, stage decoration, ground arrangements and food, among other things.
He will be swearing-in as the Chief Minister at the Yuva Gharjana grounds, in front of Acharya Nagarjuna University that falls in between Vijayawada and Guntur.As many 10,000 police are likely to be deployed to provide security for Chandrababu.
The TDP chief has already invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally and has also sent letters to Chief Ministers of newly-formed Telangana, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha, Punjab.
