Media is abuzz that Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has submitted his resignation to AICC chief Sonia Gandhi after getting miffed with plans of division of state. Highly placed sources confirm, the resignation letter was handed to Sonia at 5 pm on Friday and the note is now lying with party president's political secretary Ahmed Patel.
