In the midst of reports of a succession battle in Telangana Rashtra Samithi, its President K Chandrasekhar Rao put up a public display that all is well in the party.
KCR participated in series of meeting at Siddipet and also conducted an awareness program on water grid for his cabinet colleagues.
Addressing a meeting at Siddipet, the Chief Minister recalled the difficulties that were faced to supply drinking water to Siddipet. He said it took nearly 16-17 years to supply water to 145 villages in Siddipet, which was a critically high place.
The Chief Minister was all praise for his nephew and minister Tanneeru Harish Rao and called him as precious pearl .KCR lauds Harish saying he was a strategist who will fetch funds for projects being taken up. K Chandrashekar Rao reiterated that Siddipet will be developed into a district and he asked Harish to take the responsibility to get irrigation waters to this region.
Its known that Harish had played a key role in building and expanding the party since its inception in 2001. However, there are reports that he is being sidelined in the party while KTR and KCR’s daughter Kavitha are being groomed for a larger role in future. But KCR prove all of them as mere rumors by lauding Harish in public sight.
