BJP Leader Daggubati Purandeswari clarifies she never treated TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu as her rival though they have difference of opinion on few issues.
Speaking to the press in Vijayawada, Purandeswari said: "I didn't join Congress leaving TDP. My political career began with TDP. I am neither angry with Chandrababu Naidu nor treated him as my enemy. May be, I differed with him on few occasions but that's purely on the issue. TDP-BJP tieup is the alliance between the parties, not individuals. I will work based on the directions of BJP".
The former Union Minister made these comments in the wake of Chandrababu Naidu refusing to offer Lok Sabha ticket to her as part of the alliance with BJP.
