Lawyers of Jayalalitha filed a bail petition in Karnataka High Court and the special bench has taken up the petition today. But utter to shock Jayalalithaa will have to stay in jail until October six. The criminal revision petition for suspension of her sentence and bail was adjourned by the judge of a vacation bench of the Karnataka High Court here .With the court decision Jaya has to celebrate Dussehra in Jail.
Although Jaya was looking depressed on her first day in the jail, it appeared she has come to terms with it from Sunday.Jaya is well versed in Kannada and she spoke to prison staff in Kannada itself. The staff there were literally delighted at how she treated them. It is also learnt that Amma requested the staff to not treat her differently!
