Usually, Customers receive cheap items like bricks, soaps and empty boxes whenever there is an online delivery goof-up. Surprisingly, A Delhi man who placed an order for a Wifi Router worth Rs 1,145 with Paytm received a Dell laptop worth Rs 30,000.
On April 10th, Anuj Chauhan ordered for a Wifi router. The delivery boy knocked his door 6 days later with a huge packaged box. At first, Anuj expressed the doubt it wasn't what he ordered but the delivery boy convinced him showing the details the cover. Within few minutes, He got shocked to find a laptop in the parcel.
Anuj then decided to return the laptop to Paytm. After several attempts to come in touch with the company, Paytm's social media team contacted Anuj and told him the company offered him the same laptop as a token of gesture for his honesty.
