Australian Skipper Michael Clarke dedicated 5th World Cup title to his former teammate Phillip Hughes who passed away on the field after being hit by a bouncer during a Sheffield Shield game in Sydney last year.

During the presentation ceremony, Clarke told: "It has been a really tough few months and everyone would say we played this World Cup with 16 players. Tonight is dedicated to our little brother. Hughesy used to party as well as any of them. We're really proud, it's a wonderful achievement, to win in our own backyard in front of family and friends".

Michael Clarke was seen with a black armband with the letters PH (which means Phillip Hughes). He declares he would sport this armband every time he play for Australia.
