Indications have been clear that Telangana Bill will be meeting the fate of Women's Bill which wasn't implemented until now despite moving it in Parliament in the year 2010 itself. Congress is thinking of placing the Telangana in parliament in the coming months. As the party isn't having a full majority, the bill may get delayed just like the Women's Bill. By following this strategy, Congress leadership could throw the blame on other parties which voted against Telangana.
