The Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly on Monday paid rich tributes to legendary director Bapu, who passed away in Chennai on Sunday evening.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Leader of the Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and others extended their deepest condolences and described Bapu's demise as an immeasurable loss to Telugu people and to the world of arts and cinema.

Chandrababu assured that Coastal Museum in Vijayawada will be named after Bapu.babu said that statues of Ramana and Bapu will be installed on the coast of Godavari river.Naidu promised that world class Pilgrimage center will be developed in the Andhra pradesh state on the name of Bapu- Ramana
The members observed two minute silence as a mark of respect and passed a condolence motion paying tributes to the legendary director.
