Fumbled Pakistan gives less target for dominant Australia
Pakistan batsman failed to face the pace attack of Australia bowlers and they scored just a total of 213 runs. Pakistan, after deciding to bat first, were off to a bad start and they lost openers before Haris Sohail and Misbah-ul-Haq rebuilt the innings. Both the batsman tried to construct the innings but the australian bowlers didn’t give nay chance to them.Sohail got out for 41 and Misbah caught by finch after scoring 34.
The only notable partnership came from Misbah (34) and Sohali(41) who struck a 50-run stand for the third wicket. Australin pacer Hazle wood took four key wickets. Starc and Maxwell imporessed with their bowling figures and they took two wickets each.The winner will take on defending champions India in second semi-final in Sydney next Thursday.
