Congress government is right now under huge pressure as the survey conducted by Headlines Today and C-voter Company have suggested that the ruling party is going to lose out 26 MPs in 2014 polls in Andhra Pradesh. From then, some senior leaders started attributing the result to sentiment.
Apparently Samajwadi party MP, former actress Jayapradha is right now getting all decks cleared to join hands with Congress. Her presence at the dinner party thrown by Manmohan the other day made it clear that she is going to contest on Congress ticket in AP. However, other Congress MPs who are not for the decision of taking Jaya in are commenting that her entry is a big iron-leg for the ruling party. They say that both BJP and then Samajwadi collapsed after her entry, and only when quit Samajwadi, the party scored success in Uttar Pradesh. With the survey saying that Cong will win only 7-8 MP seats in Andhra Pradesh, it will be really interesting to see if Jayaprada will be one among them or not.
Political observers are however laughing at the think tanks of Congress, as they feel that it is corruption that is taking toll on the chances of ruling party, but not any iron-leg or bronze-leg.
