A 26-Year-Old Techie who hails from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh dragged leading IT giant Infosys to High Court and also ensured an FIR has been filed at Ghatkesar police station in Hyderabad for alleged cheating & forgery.
Mohit Negi, the sacked techie, alleged he has been terminated from services based on a false case of harassment against a woman employee.
Mr. Negi joined Infosys in September 2011. He was sacked as system engineer in January 2013 on charges of harassing a female employee.
Negi claims the termination letter carries no name of the authorized signatory who issued it. He also accuses the IT Firm of forging his signature in the internal inquiry sheet. Even Labour Court faulted Infosys while pronouncing judgement in January 2015 for not following the procedure and declared that the termination order is illegal.
On February 26th this year, Mohit Negi filed a writ petition in Hyderabad High Court. He alleges his termination is nothing but a conspiracy chalked out by some employees of the company to save the girl's job. He has been jobless since January 2013 due to the termination but determined to fight until his job at Infosys has been restored and an apology is conveyed.
