YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy once again applied for bail in the CBI special court in connection with the assets case.
The Third Additional Judge accepted the bail petition of Kadapa MP and also directed the investigation agency to file its counter. The next hearing of the case will be on Thursday.
Jagan has been lodged in Chanchalguda jail since May 27th last year. Supreme Court has earlier directed that Jagan can seek bail after September 8th. Based on these directions, Jagan's lawyers have moved the petition in CBI court.
