In-charge of AP state affairs Digvijay Singh warned party MPs and Ministers from Seemandhra against giving statements before the media in support of Samaikyandhra. He expressed his anguish on Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal who is claiming that he would make sure High Command holds back its decision of creation of the Telangana state and clarified the decision taken by Congress Working COmmittee (CWC) was final.
The senior leader reiterated Home Ministry will kick off the process of formation of Telangana state. He, however, promised to do everything possible to address the concerns of the Seemandhra people.
Digvijay Singh made these remarks in the wake of Centre receiving reports that Seemandhra MPs have been extending support to NGOs who went on strike since Monday.
