Even before Mahesh Babu's film "One" could hit the screens, speculations about his next project "Aagadu" have begun to surface. Expectations for the film are quite high as Mahesh-Sreenu's 2011-release "Dookudu" was a massive hit.
Latest buzz in the Telugu film industry is that "Aagadu" will commence its shoot from October 25th. Earlier we already reported that, Mahesh Babu is playing a cop and he will be seen in police uniform for full length cinema.
Here is the one more interesting update about the movie .Mahesh Babu is playing an encounter specialist and sources said that his character name in the flick is Encounter Shankar. The film is to be made on Anantapur backdrop and Mahesh used to speak raayalaseema slang for the first time.
Directed by Sreenu Vaitla, "Aagadu" will have Tamannah playing the female lead for the first time opposite Mahesh. For reducing production cost ‘Aagadu’ will be made with low budget and in short period of around 100-120 working days.With the director-actor duo teaming up again, one would expect their film to be a successful one. It remains to be seen if they will be able to recreate the magic of "Dookudu".
