In today announcement Microsoft released a press note to the media in removal of employees. Since few years Microsoft is struggling due to low software and failure in mobile world lead to revenue loss. From past few days there are some discussions about restructuring of the organization. But no one expected 18000 employee's layoff. This is the first time in Microsoft history. CEO Nadella has announced about this restructure in order to reduce salary expenditure on the organization.
