The two top stars in the Industry are yet again gearing up to clash at the Box Office. Yes, Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR have booked the slot August 9th for the release of their upcoming flicks with Sukumar (yet to find a title) and Harish Shankar (Ramayya Vastavayya).
Both Mahesh and NTR's films clashed at the ticket window twice already. Once with Khaleja and Brundavanam - Young Tiger had an upper hand over Superstar at that time. For the second time with Dookudu and Oosaravelli - Here the result is quite opposite to that of their first encounter.
It's an undeniable fact that whenever two big ticket films clash at Box Office, one film will surely eat up the revenues of the other. The recent example is Nayak and SVSC. If avoided the release at the same time, both the films could have raked in at least another Rs 10 crore each.
A gap of one to two weeks is always beneficial for both the stars. Hopefully, either Mahesh or Tarak backs out from the race.
