Real motto behind KCR survey

Update: 2014-08-08 13:25 GMT
Its known that the Telangana Government will be conducting a day-long survey of nearly 86 lakh households in all 10 districts of the State on August 19.Chief Minsiter  KCR announced this survey saying that govt wants to weed out the fake beneficiaries but however there is hidden motto behind the survey.

The new talk emerged in the political circles saying that govt is only to target Seemandhra people with this very survey.According to close circles, the government built a column in the pro forma which particularly asks the language, slang, and the immigration details of the people. In the initial questionnaire prepared by the revenue officials for the survey, there was no question on nativity.

But according to new questionnaire that was making rounds in media  a new question (No. 21) has been added. The question has three parts: 1) From which state have you come?; 2) What language do you speak and 3) When did you come here?.

As per the political experts, this enquiry is entirely against the constitution of India. Political circles say this as an attempt of the CM KCR only to target Seemandhra people who settled in Telangana.

Emphasizing the importance of the Intensive Household Survey (IHS) across Telangana on August 19, Chief Minister made it clear that those who fail to participate in the survey will not feature in the government's list /record, which will form the basis for welfare schemes and developmental work.
