In a setback to KCR today High court cancelled the ordinance of Market Yards comities cancellations. It issued detailed orders to maintain same state till further instructions.
Few weeks back state government passed an ordiance to cancel all market yards committees to redesign the local market policies. Some people who affected by this orders had approached high court to get stay on these orders. Considering arguments and available details today HC given its interim verdict in this case. Its given chance to T-government to file Rit-petition in this case with in next ten days. While passing orders HC commented that the ordinance is full of mistakes and in complete is the main reason for this stay orders on the cancellation of Market comities. It suggested T-Government to file petition with detailed information to consider this in next hearing if any.
